Terms and conditions of booking

PAYMENTS
You can pay your room bill in cash, with an EC card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). For a firm booking we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount with bank transfer or credit card.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Your booking is only valid once the reservation has been confirmed in writing and by a deposit. Cancellations are only accepted in written form and are only valid once we have reconfirmed them in writing. We prefer to book our travel insurance. We will be happy to arrange this for you, just let us know when you make your booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of a cancellation the following conditions apply:

Winter 2024/25
- Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 2 months before the date of arrival
- 2 months to 1 month before the date of arrival 40 % of the total booked package price
- 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total booked package price
- and in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total booked package price.
Sommer 2025
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival
- From 7 days before the day of arrival 100% of the total booked package price
ATTENTION:
No refunds will be made for deposits already made (even in the case of cancellations free of charge).
We will keep your deposit and credit it for your next stay.
If you are banned from coming to your holiday, you can postpone the existing booking free of charge.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. If your arrival is delayed and you will only arrive after 6 p.m., we ask for a notification. Since we are not in the house and would like to be there on time for your arrival, we ask you to call us shortly beforehand (approx. 30 min.) Or to specify a time when you will be arriving.
PETS
We have decided to no longer accept pets in the house as a result of various complaints and difficulties over the last few years. Thank you for your understanding.

COTS
€ 8 per day
SAUNA
Sauna times: Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:30, closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
